From Code to IT Leadership: A Lifetime of Innovation

In the realm of IT leadership, you’re not just a manager; you’re an architect. Much like a traditional architect designs a building, you blueprint the future of your team, department, and often, the entire organization. Your role involves more than just tactical decisions; it requires strategic vision. You must foresee the technological landscape, anticipate business needs, and construct a team that can not only meet current demands but also thrive in an ever-evolving digital world. This architectural role necessitates a deep understanding of technology, a keen sense of business acumen, and a knack for fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

For over 40 years, I’ve been immersed in the world of coding, witnessing the evolution of technology firsthand. My journey has taken me through a diverse range of industries and company sizes, from small startups to global giants.

In my three decades as a software production professional, I’ve played key roles in driving growth and innovation. I’ve helped startups scale, guided mid-sized companies through digital transformations, and contributed to groundbreaking projects at some of the world’s largest corporations.

As a C-level consultant for technology, I’ve been instrumental in launching new IT strategies that have enabled companies to stay ahead of the curve. I’ve led global learning and smart home platform projects, pioneering innovative solutions in these emerging fields.

Beyond my corporate experience, I’ve also founded my own companies and won an IT award for a mobile enterprise solution with one of them. My passion for technology and my dedication to excellence have fueled my success throughout my career.

Living in the heart of Silicon Valley for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless startups and helping them achieve their goals.

I’m driven by a lifelong love of technology and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.

My goal is to empower other IT leaders by sharing my knowledge and experience. But before we can build great teams and organizations, we must first architect ourselves.
